If we could give this house 10 stars we would! This is tucked away on a very private quiet one-way street! The house features its own parking which is hard to come by sometimes in Key West. The location could not be more perfect! You are a few blocks away from Duval Street where the party is and a few blocks away from the wharf where all the boat trips and fishing are. Not to mention all the wonderful restaurants so close! We really enjoyed the seafood market which was only 2 blocks away! It is a VERY CLEAN Pet friendly place with fenced back yard. The pool guy came by every week which has not been the case at other rentals. Kudus to Steve for managing such a tremendously awesome home!!!!

This was a great place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Key West and this house was a big reason why. The house is located on a very quiet street yet just a few minutes’ walk to the marina, bars, restaurants and all the popular sites to visit and tour. We brought our car down and rarely touched it. The house was very clean and had everything you needed for the pool or beach. The pool was a nice size and we used it every day. There was a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day. We brought our dog and the enclosed back yard was a definite plus. Even the neighbors were pleasant and gave some good tips for where to go and what to see. There was good communication with the owner both before and during the stay. We were made aware in advance if and when anyone would be stopping by to clean the pool or house. All and all we had a great vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a amazing vacation. The neighborhood and neighbors were wonderful. The coffee shop-wine bar at end of street was fantastic with the perfect happy hour. The pool was great & we sat outside every day. The house itself was in the perfect location for walking into town & the marina district. The beds were comfortable & kitchen had everything we needed. Off street parking a plus w/ space for a rented golf cart.

Great property in a great location! You are on a quiet lane, yet walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars. House was in great shape and was set up perfect for our pets. Already rebooked for next year!

Absolutely perfect location. The pool and outdoor space is like a tropical paradise. We has plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms and sofa sleeper. The nieghbors are locals and very nice and friendly. Chickens came one of the weeks we were there and the crowing in the morning is annoying but thats my only complaint

This home has everything we needed! The pool was the perfect size, everything is updated and looks beautiful. Close to everything, night life, the beach. We couldn’t of had a better vacation while staying here.

Great location. We have been to Key West every year since 2007 and this is by far the best location ever. Close to everything. Very quiet on Peacon Lane. The host was very reachable and patiently answered all of our questions. The house has a fantastic pool-the largest private pool we have had. It has a pool heater that my wife absolutely loved because she likes it warmer and you can adjust it to the temperature you like (95 degrees was her preferred temp). We often went night swimming. And with the completely private back yard it was nice.

The house is pretty big for key west. Kitchen has everything. We used the griddle, tea pot, and pressure cooker a lot. No place we ever stayed had more kitchen stuff in it than this place. We usually bring a lot of stuff with us because most rentals are lacking a lot of what we need for a month. But not this place. Which gave us a lot more room in the car. The washer and dryer is better than the ones we have at home. The bed linins were top of the line. Plenty of big soft towels. Comfortable leather recliners, nice comfy couch. TV in every bedroom (kids liked that- we brought their PlayStation and were able to plug right in).

Nice back yard for the dog to do its thing. Outside table. I literally cannot think of a single bad thing to say about this place-and believe me- I wish I could give it 10 stars. (ask me where not to stay- Ive probably rented every house on the island at one time or another).
