Private back yard was perfect.

We have stayed in may VRBO’s and this kitchen was better equipped than my own kitchen at home. Even an air pop corn popper. There was a hair dryer, iron, and so much more. The sheets were awesome. (Tag said mypillow so they were probably very expensive). Many pillows. Lots of drawer and closet space. Plenty of room to park. Pool was great. Very large by key west standards. Very nice washer/dryer (again better then my own at home). I could go on and on but you get the point.

Oh, and the location was great. Pepes right around the corner. 2 blocks to the Bull on duval street.

This is my 7th visit to Key West and this so far exceeded every other place we stayed I cant even tell you. Pricing was very good especially for as much as you get. We almost went back to the same place we went previously but saw this place and noticed it was a little cheaper so we gave it a try. Boy I feel bad cause I feel like I way underpaid.

Our family has stayed at Peacon Lane the past 2 years for a month. The location is unbeatable, the pool is perfect for a hot afternoon dip, the house is clean and has anything you could need. We have enjoyed getting to know the neighbors on the best (quiet) street in KW. The parking and backyard are a great plus to go with the house. The owner is responsive and helpful.

If we could give this house 10 stars we would! This is tucked away on a very private quiet one-way street! The house features its own parking which is hard to come by sometimes in Key West. The location could not be more perfect! You are a few blocks away from Duval Street where the party is and a few blocks away from the wharf where all the boat trips and fishing are. Not to mention all the wonderful restaurants so close! We really enjoyed the seafood market which was only 2 blocks away! It is a VERY CLEAN Pet friendly place with fenced back yard. The pool guy came by every week which has not been the case at other rentals. Kudus to Steve for managing such a tremendously awesome home!!!!

This was a great place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Key West and this house was a big reason why. The house is located on a very quiet street yet just a few minutes’ walk to the marina, bars, restaurants and all the popular sites to visit and tour. We brought our car down and rarely touched it. The house was very clean and had everything you needed for the pool or beach. The pool was a nice size and we used it every day. There was a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day. We brought our dog and the enclosed back yard was a definite plus. Even the neighbors were pleasant and gave some good tips for where to go and what to see. There was good communication with the owner both before and during the stay. We were made aware in advance if and when anyone would be stopping by to clean the pool or house. All and all we had a great vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a amazing vacation. The neighborhood and neighbors were wonderful. The coffee shop-wine bar at end of street was fantastic with the perfect happy hour. The pool was great & we sat outside every day. The house itself was in the perfect location for walking into town & the marina district. The beds were comfortable & kitchen had everything we needed. Off street parking a plus w/ space for a rented golf cart.
